Indonesia’s most sought after sculptor, known for his immaculate work with metal and steel, he carves rough elements into beautiful eye pleasers. His sense of space is so impeccable that, whereves his sculpture is placed, it will own the space, steal the thunder and won’t go unnoticed. Two of Sirait’s sculptures, The Orca Dance and White Caps boast gracefully at the lobby, because one is just not enough.
Born to a German mother and a Sumatran father, he grew up in Germany and Java, and later studied in the United States. In 1996, he moved back to Indoesia and settled in Sanur and decided to become a sculptor.
